Flex-Joint Knuckles Built for Movement
Ribbed accordion flex joints run across the back of the knuckles and stretch with every grip, so your fingers move naturally around tools, pole grips and handlebars instead of fighting a stiff shell. This is the platform that has stayed in the J ONE lineup since the beginning – and the base our reinforced JHG39R version is built on.
6-Layer Thermal Shield
- High-density outer shell: windproof and rugged
- Filling cotton layer: primary insulation
- Water-resistant membrane: keeps hands dry in snow and sleet
- Inner filling cotton: extra thermal storage
- Composite fiber heaters: efficient, flexible heating across the fingers and back of the hand
- Breathable liner: soft against the skin and moisture-wicking
3-Level Smart Temperature Control
One button on the cuff cycles through High, Medium and Low, with a color-coded indicator showing the current level. Start on the highest setting to warm cold hands fast, then step down once they are comfortable. Exact temperatures and runtimes for each level are listed in the Specifications table below.
Fast, Steady Heat From Our MCU Platform
The control module is built on the same MCU architecture we have been refining since 2015: heat-up in about 5 seconds, consistent voltage output, and battery efficiency tuned to last a full shift on the lower settings.
Who Is JHG39 For?
Skiers and snowboarders who grip poles all day, motorcycle commuters, cyclists, and workers handling tools in cold yards and sites. If your gloves take heavy abuse on abrasive surfaces, step up to the JHG39R with its reinforced anti-slip palm – same platform, tougher palm.

FAQ
What is the difference between JHG39 and JHG39R?
JHG39R is the same flex-joint heated glove with one upgrade: the palm is covered with a reinforced anti-slip, wear-resistant patch for better grip and longer life on abrasive surfaces.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the heat level – the higher the setting, the shorter the runtime. Exact figures for all three levels are in the Specifications table above.
Are the batteries rechargeable and removable?
Yes. The rechargeable packs slide out for charging, so a spare set can keep the gloves running while the first pair charges.
Are JHG39 gloves waterproof?
Yes. A water-resistant membrane sits inside the 6-layer construction, and the outer shell is windproof while the liner stays breathable.
Do you offer OEM/ODM and bulk pricing?
Yes. We are the manufacturer, so custom logos, packaging and technical modifications are all available. See the OEM/ODM section above or reach out through our contact page.
